We love our neighbors and it’s important to us that we honor them by being mindful of their space, which most includes noise. Daytime joyful noise is welcomed and your nights are meant to be quiet. We support the San Diego Ordinance which states that no noise can be heard from the curb of your property from 10pm to 8am. Check out our policies page to review in detail.

This two bedroom, one bath apartment has everything you need- and is just a few short blocks from the beach!

There are two private outdoor spaces in this home. Step outside of your kitchen and enjoy a meal at the balcony bar. The sliding door fully disappears into the wall to create an indoor/outdoor space. Wander out another door and ascend the stairs to the roof deck. This is a wonderful space to dine at the 4-person bistro table, sun in our two chaise lounges, or watch fireworks over Mission Bay in the distance.

This property is fully furnished, complete with linens, bath and beach towels, board games, throw blankets and more. The kitchen is fully stocked and has new appliances. This home also has its own private washer and dryer for your convenience.

The owners live on the same lot in a separate dwelling with its own entrance. All we share is one common wall and the bliss of our backyard; salt water pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, pizza oven, and fire pit.
